Welcome to Courtside 23!! This is a two-story townhouse, one flight above street level that has been updated and has all the comforts of home.

Courtside is an ocean-oriented complex with beautifully manicured landscaping and is 1.5 blocks from the beach and situated next door to Van Der Meer Tennis Center. A special membership with Van der Meer provides Courtside guests with tennis privileges up to one hour per day per condo.

This community has two on-site pools, a lagoon with fountain, and parking at the front door of each property. Just a block or so to the best beach on Hilton Head and a short bike ride or walk to Coligny Plaza and the Celebration Park.

You’ll find the main level to be quite spacious with all new comfortable furnishings. The Kitchen is fully stocked to prepare any meal. The living room opens to a deck overlooking a beautiful courtyard and pool. Located off the dining area, there is a half bath for your convenience. The dining room has seating for six people.

Master bedroom has a King bed, guest bedroom also has two full size beds plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Both bedrooms have a Flat Screen TV.
