ATTENTION: SeaCrest Properties construction is close to being completed. The building and the ponds are scheduled to be completed by March 28, 2025. The outdoor hot tub should be reopened in early May. The pools opened on March 1, 2025.

All bedrooms and living areas have flat screen TVs. There are security codes for all elevators and stairways to ensure only guests have access to the villas. There are 2 outdoor pools with baby pools and a hot tub. Indoor endless swimming pool, spa and workout room. Food and beverages available for purchase pool side, or take your own cooler. Hilton Head Island was ranked the best beach town in the South by Southern Living Magazine!
