Sorry, female only please as my wife and 2 young daughters are sometimes home by themselves. Ground floor fully furnished room (~95 sq ft) with new full size bed/dresser. Lockable room. Shared bathroom. Close to YVR airport. Bus stop just steps from the house and ~7 min bus ride to Rmd Center Mall/skytrain station & then ~35 min to Vancouver downtown. Great strip mall about 5 min walk from house. Pick up/drop off at YVR is available $30 one way. License 24-014448
