Great position with flat, easy walking in all directions, very close to Launceston CBD and a no more than 2 minute walk to Aurora Stadium. There are numerous restaurants, cafes, bars and takeaways nearby as well as Kmart (with Coles supermarket, newsagency, chemist, bakery and liquor outlet).
