Welcome to the all-new Eagles View property managed by Key Premier Properties, a modern Pocono Mountains getaway in a gated community at a luxurious lakeside retreat! This home has been fully renovated, newly furnished, down to the smallest appliances. Game room is loaded with pool table, foosball,poker table (chips,cards available) board games, 4 arcade machines, 65”tvs, high tops and an extra living room. All bedrooms have a 50” smart tv.
Home comes with a fully functioning kitchen, equipped with all the necessary amenities. Outside grill on the deck is also available (propane included) with outdoor dining area and cozy fire pit area. Our space accommodates up to 10 adults comfortably, maximum 12 guests permitted in the home. Big Bass Lakes community is full of amenities which the guests have access to including indoor/outdoor pools, spray park for the kids, basketball, pickleball and tennis courts, 2 lakes with beaches where you can go fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming. No pets allowed.
Community Quiet Hours are from 11 pm - 7 am
Community wide speed limit of 25 MPH. Renter is responsible for all traffic fines incurred.
Renter assumes all responsibility for activities related to or on the lake.
No fireworks of any kind are permitted in the neighborhood.
Community permits no more than 12 guests in the home, regardless of age.
There are no outdoor trash cans to avoid attracting bears. Renter is responsible for regular disposal of all trash, waste, and recycling at community dumpsters.
No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Renters who leave the property dirty, damaged, or excessively messy may be subject to additional cleaning/repair/replacement fees.
Any fines imposed by security will be guests responsibility.
25 years old minimum age requirement to rent.
$300 fee for odor of smoke,blood, vomit or any bodily fluid on the property.
No flushing any kind of wipes or products in the toilets.
ONLY toilet paper provided ( septic safe )
Only registered guests are permitted at the property at any time; violation will result in a fine.

Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put away the outdoor furniture cushions back in the storage bin if used.
If the hammock was used, please bring it back inside and store in the corner by the coat rack downstairs where it was.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking at all- no exceptions! A $250 fee will be added if there is smell of smoke in the home.
Any bodily fluid (blood, vomit, urine etc) on bed linens or other items in the home will incur in additional fees to fully replace the damaged items.

Our stay at this beautiful, cozy, modern home was amazing! Everything was fairly new, clean, smelled well and the small, thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. The entire house is designed perfectly for a family stay, with every nook and cranny well thought out. The kids had a blast with their play area full of games, and each room had its TVs, which was a big hit. The kitchen was a dream to cook in, equipped with everything we needed. The amenities, including the lake, pool, and tennis courts, added much to our stay. The kids' rooms were spacious and the beds were super comfortable. We loved spending time outside, enjoying nature with frequent walks. Everyone we met was nice and helpful. The outdoor deck was a highlight for us—we loved grilling out there and having fun around the fire pit with marshmallows at night. As a large family, we were delighted with the management and all the thoughtful touches throughout the house. It was the perfect getaway, and we can't wait to come back!

What makes this property unique

Our home has a HVAC system for those hot summer days and cold nights. Along with a fireplace and split unit for those extra cold nights, unlike most homes in the area with just ceiling fans for cooling. Our bedrooms are not over crowded with beds in every corner and are very comfortable. The home was renovated and newly furnished in May of 2023, so it’s not just the pictures that make it look new-it is!!
