Beach Condo/ High-End Finishes/ Island Beach Resort/ No Cleaning Fee/ Condo 111

Condo 111 at Island Beach Resort is on the first floor has a private patio outside the two floor to ceiling patio glass doors. It has two flat screen TVs, two beds, and the spacious living area has a sofa bed. This condo has marble and tile throughout with limited edition artwork and upscale modern decor. We call the non-ocean side our "sunset side" because the South Florida sunsets are beautiful each evening. SOME AREAS ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION, PLEASE CALL TO SEE IF A DISCOUNT APPLIES TO YOUR BOOKING.

Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique.

Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am. If arriving after 5pm, please pre-arrange a lockbox pick up with the front desk 772-229-3006.

Third party sites like Airbnb may charge travellers a SERVICE FEE which is payable directly to Airbnb and does not get paid to the host or property owner.

A: Dishware, dinnerware, silverware, glassware, limited qty of pots/pans, limited serving utensils, blender, drip coffee maker, 2 kitchen towels, 2 dishwasher tablets. Guest should bring coffee & filters, condiments, extra paper towels, and trash bags.

Q: What linens does my condo have?
A: 4 pool towels, 6 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 4 washcloths, black makeup washcloth, bathmat. Please, no linen exchanges.

Q: What other amenities are provided?
A: 1 box tissues, 2 beach chairs, mop/bucket/broom in closet, hair dryer, iron, no safe

We were in town for a wedding and this suited our needs perfectly. Good location for activities. Updated decor and very clean. Great bathroom. Beds very comfortable. Could have used a plug near a mirror other than in the bathroom to dry and style hair. Could have used more lighting in the bedroom.. Otherwise perfect for our needs. Be aware that there is not always a person at the desk for help during the day and no one after 4/5?

Room 111 was not our cup of tea. On the ground floor, behind a fence, on the parking lot. We were moved up stairs to an ocean side room for the last two nights. Much more to our liking. Room decoration had a lot to do with the owners taste. A great place to stay. Restaurant, on the beach with lots of locals and hotel guests.good food!

Nice, clean bottom floor of condo on Hutchinson Island

The unit was very clean. It was facing the parking lot, so no pool or ocean view. There was an area off of the French doors that was closed in for some privacy outside of our room. The pool had warm water in it. The front desk, especially Kya was helpful in getting our front room TV to work and answering other questions. Good restaurant located within the condo area. Parking was never a problem and it was partially gated. Being on the ground floor away from the pool and ocean it was a little like being in a 4 story hotel and would get a little noisy from time to time.

Very clean and modern. Nice kitchen and bathroom. Patio had construction supplies but we did not need to use it. Was disappointed that Shuckers was closed Christmas Eve after 3 PM and Christmas Day. Otherwise no complaints!
