There was no warm or hot water during the entire stay. Mattresses were propped against wall and there were some type of bugs on them. Towels and linens were old and stained. We only used three small glasses but they were clean. The space was very small for 4 people, so only three people stayed. The people were very nice and polite.

We received no requests from guests to resolve any issues. Regarding the number of guests, it was booked for 3 guests only, but 4 were listed, violating the rules and what was contracted. Regarding the shower, it was working, as here in Brazil, in tropical cities, there is hot water. But if it is the shower, they could have just let us know and we would have replaced the shower's heating element immediately. We offered a discounted price below market value and received these comments. Therefore, it is not worthwhile to serve a public that tries to reduce the price or obtain some benefit in a dubious way. If we had at least been informed, we could have verified the real situation and resolved it if necessary. But it depends on the guest's profile.
