Bedroom 1: 1 x Californian King Bed + ensuite



Bedroom 2: 1 x King Bed & 1 x Single Bed



Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen Tilt-away Bed



(Please note the third bedroom is a queen tilt-away located in the open plan living space. There is sliding panel door that can be pulled around to partition this off).



Apartment Rules and Information:



Parking: 1 x underground carpark and 1 x off street parking space available.



Security Cameras: There are security cameras set up at the front and rear of the complex for security purposes.



Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.



Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.



No parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.



This is a smoke/vape and pet free property
