Our beautiful, peaceful, renovated house has been on VRBO since 2018. It’s rating was 5 (2 reviews) in April 2024. We are now managing it as our property manager has stopped managing short-term rentals. Named after the beautiful common mango tree in the back garden, we have lovingly renovated this property to accentuate the lifestyle of North Haven. Relax with your whole family at this peaceful refuge.
The beach, estuary break wall, kid's playground and coffee shop are all within easy walking distance.
Sleeping up to 9 guests, it has two bedrooms with queen size beds, a third bedroom with two sets of bunks, and an extra sleep out with a single bed. Plenty of room for family and friends.
Strip off your swimmers at the outdoor shower before you relax in the comfortable lounge room on one of three leather lounges, or read a book provided in the sleep out. In winter the wood burning fireplace brings comfort and warmth. Please note that we do not supply either bed linen or towels - only pillow and mattress protectors, blankets, doonas, tablecloths and tea-towels!
Dine inside or out on the rear deck, with views of the garden and mango tree, to capture the sea breezes and listen to the wind through the trees and the calls of the many birds. A large outdoor table with umbrella lets you take advantage of the sun or shade as you wish.
We have tried to keep the charm and history of the home bud have added comfort, light and a modern touch with a new bathroom, kitchen & dining room with concertina glass doors which open onto the large deck. All you have to do is unpack, relax & enjoy.
The combined laundry/bathroom is fully renovated with hot water by LPG on demand.
LINEN IS NOT PROVIDED. You will need to bring your own sheets, pillow slips, towels (both beach and bath), bathmats & tea towels as you require. We provide ONLY doonas, doona covers, extra blankets, and pillow/mattress protectors).
