Designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, our home boasts a spacious layout spread across two levels. The lower-level features three inviting bedrooms, a well-appointed bathroom, and a cozy lounge area, offering privacy and comfort for guests. Ascend to the upper level to discover the luxurious master bedroom, complete with bifold doors opening to the stunning vista, an ensuite bathroom, and an airy open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area.

Opotiki District Council operates a zero-waste policy. Guests are required to remove their rubbish at the conclusion of their stay and drop off at the Resource Recovery Centre, 38 Wellington Street, Opotiki.

So close to the beach and the surf club in summer, Waiotahe is a beach side settlement and only 5 minutes from Opotiki township or 30 minutes from Whakatane. A holiday camp is situated nearby with coffee available. A cycle track runs along the beach to the estuary to the west and is being extended into town and then along the Motu Trails.

Parking is available on site.
A car is required to get around Opotiki, with limited public transport.
Bikes are useful to take advantage of the many trails in and around Opotiki.

Guests are allowed to use the whole home.
