5 minutes Walk to waikato hospital ground. 10 minutes walk to Braemar hospital. 5 minutes drive to the city center.This is a 2 bedroom one bathroom townhouse, it has one free parking space. The main bedroom has a Queen size bed , the 2nd bedroom has a set of king single bunk beds. (The bunks are rated for a max weight of 85kg each) .There is a fully functional kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, 4 plate cooktop and small microwave. There is air conditioning in the living room.
No extra guests fee . the house is always set for 4 people. only 2 minutes drive to Paknsave,countdown and Hamilton garden. 5 minutes walk to the river. I'm not living there, you have whole townhouse.

It's family friendly with portacot and high chair provided which was helpful. If your child is still using cots might be a bit of a tight squeeze. Rooms were warm at night as heat pump only in living room. All amenities was as described on post. This was a short rest stop for us on a long road trip so it was perfect for that purpose.

Such a great place

From the moment we opened the front door we knew we had booked a great place. Everything was so nicely done and presented. The whole family felt very comfortable and at home. Would have loved to stay longer - will keep an eye out for it next time we staying there!

Extremely distasteful smell. Vomited because if stench

On opening the door an extremely unpleasant stench emanated. Searched the property, could not locate its source. Was in every room including bathroom so not in the carpet. Called owner. Very rude and dismissive, came on to property, admitted to being onsite during our booked time (without consent) and walked directly into the apartment without being let in. No consideration for privacy and no offer to remedy. We did not stay there, packed up, left and booked another hotel.

layer!!! If you didn't stay there who use the beds ,towels...you called us to go there check, after 9pm at night my husband drive one hour to there check, there is no smell at all, we have guests stay before you and after you nobody says have any problem, really unlucky to have guests as you.

Schönes Haus, geräumig, kleiner Garten in dem man die Wäsche trocknen kann, wenn man den vorhandenen Trockner nicht nutzen will. Schön ausgestattete Küche.Aufgrund der Nähe zum Krankenhaus hört man den Helilopter gelegentlich.
