31 Moonta is a beautiful sandstone home. Both spacious & elegant, this home is tastefully renovated to embrace the traditional 1904 built features and feel, with a modern upgrade and furnishings. Conveniently located within easy walking distance of Moonta's main street, supermarket, cafe's and local pubs and Queen's Park, which is great for a picnic and relaxing under the large old trees. For a small country town, there are many small shops to wander through and even a cinema on the main street (George Street).

The home has 3 generously sized bedrooms to sleep up to 6 people, with zoned ducted air conditioning to ensure your comfort all year round. There are two newly renovated bathrooms, one with a bath. A large rear deck creates a peaceful outdoor area with a BBQ and plenty of serving space. The front veranda is the perfect morning retread to take in some relaxing sunshine with your morning coffee.

The home was spotless, with plentiful crockery, cutlery and all the kitchen tools needed, and then some! Our host was particularly generous regarding early check in and late check out. Having an outdoor deck with dining area and garden was delightful. The property was in easy walking distance to several cafes/restaurants and it was a pleasure to relax in an authentic South Australian sandstone home.We could not fault the property.

This property has everything you need plus more! Very well equipped kitchen, lovely comfy beds and pillows, soft fluffy towels. Fantastic bathroom and ensuite with everything provided, soaps, bath salts, shampoo etc. Everything so nice and clean, every detail thought of.We stayed on a very hot weekend and the house stayed nice and cool as has full air con throughout, even though the house stays relatively cool anyway.Lovely rear yard and fully fenced property, ample parking and great rear deck area/garden area.We stayed with 2 teenager's and the tv's in the bedroom were a hit!.Short walk to the main street and a very quiet spot to stay. Host's were most accommodating with our requests and communication was excellent. We will definitely stay again, thankyou for having us!
