Girls Trip

Loved the beautiful spacious house. Slept 9 of us well. The furniture is very comfortable. Loved the master shower. Beautiful patio to sit and enjoy your coffee. Will definitely be booking again & again!

The listing is misleading. The property is not what you see in the full exterior picture. There are apparently two rental properties, the larger home and a smaller side building that looks kind of like the garage or carport area. This was not clear in the listing and is uncomfortable when you rent the entire property, including backyard pool, which is not fenced in between the main house and the second rental property so you do not have any privacy between your rental and the smaller rental. Also, the kitchen stove did not work for baking or cooking, only the burners or the broiler. The water pressure is very low. One of the beds did not have a blanket only a sheet, all of the other beds had a sheet and a very thin topper. The properties location is also misleading. There are no photos that show the driveway you come through has a junk car yard or several RVs or motorhomes off to the side within the property. This makes it feel a bit unsavory when you first arrive. On a positive note, the pool is exactly like the pictures. It’s a great escape from the heat and a nice retreat for a large family visit. The communication was not great. I reached out long before our stay and did not get a reply till after I called a few days before our visit. Even then I was told they reached out to the host and would get back to me to answer my questions and I never heard back. I have booked other property rentals in Fredericksburg in the past was much happier.

Fredericksburg wine tour

Overall excellent house. Very large and comfortable with plenty of beds. Loved the loft and game room area. Beautiful kitchen with everything you need. Gorgeous pool but not heated so we couldn’t get in the pool as it was super cold water (I’m sure it’ll be nice in the summer though!) We were able to use the grill to cookout so that was nice. It is just outside of town but a quick trip to downtown.

One Night Stay

Overall, We were pleased with the house. It is a very well designed, beautiful home. We were only looking for somewhere to stay for one night and the outdoor area/sauna was what made us choose this house over others. However, to our dismay, the sauna did not work. The bigger issue was the bathtub in the guest bathroom had a major leak and the water traveled into both of the guestrooms and got our belongings wet. I would still stay here again as I understand these types of things happen.

The Pool!

This property doesn't need my review, it knows it's beautiful and in the right spot. The house is awesome, clean and fully stocked with essentials but, the pool is the star of the show with 3 different sets of waterfalls and lights and jets, who needs a resort when you can rent this place that you don't have to share with anyone?! Amazing stay, will do it again.

Overall Not Bad

Overall a nice home to relax. The kids liked the pool and hot tub. We didn’t find the hot tub until the last night we were there. We couldn’t get the sauna to work. The home could be cleaner. The home had enough room to accommodate two families. The location was close to downtown and other places.
