Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Welcome to Creek House near Wanaka. This compact, fully self contained, modern Scandinavian style house is set on an acre with stunning rural views. It is located in the village of Luggate, right near the creek (small river).

Relax on your own private deck in all day sun with a book or explore the wonderful walking and bike trails on the doorstep. Enjoy all that Wanaka has to offer only 15 minutes drive away, then escape to your own secluded spot to relax.

The space
Creek House is in a semi rural setting about 15 minutes from Wanaka. It is set near to the creek (a small river) in Luggate village, near the local pub and general store. There is a beautiful walking and biking track beside the Clutha river right at the end of the road.

Guest access:
We have ample off street parking right outside your house. You will need a car to travel to and from Creek House as there is no public transport in Wanaka.
Other things to note:
Creek House is set on the owners property. It is separate from the main house and has its own parking and access. It is very quiet and private. The property is fully fenced.
There is a storage shed beside the house with room to store bikes, skis etc. We will provide code to padlock to access shed on arrival.

Cozy, Clean & Gorgeous

The Little House was perfect! Super warm and cozy, with everything you could need. Location was great too, quiet with stunning mountain views, just a short drive from Wānaka. Great scenic walk access right down the road from the property. The host was a delight to communicate with, it was a pleasure to stay.

Fantastic Stay – Modern, Cozy, and Thoughtful

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage in Luggate. It’s modern and new, but still warm and cozy. The kitchen was very well stocked, which made cooking easy, and we really appreciated the tea, coffee, cookies, and milk provided on arrival.The interior was beautiful, the beds were very comfortable, and the living space was great for relaxing. The bathroom was spacious and well-designed. Everything was spotless and felt eco-friendly and well thought out.Luggate is a charming, quiet spot, just a short drive from Wanaka—close to everything but away from the crowds.Ellen was great to communicate with, even from overseas, and she had a lovely local friend who was also super helpful. The hosts truly thought of everything. We’d happily stay again!
