Anna Maria Sound views from the screened lanai — the light changes over the water through the day and the sunsets arrive in front of you every evening. Sunset FantaSea is the right name for this unit. The lanai has a patio set for outdoor dining and morning coffee with the Sound as the backdrop.

Three bedrooms sleep seven. The primary suite has a king bed. The second bedroom has a king bed. The third bedroom has two queen beds. The living room sleeper sofa handles the seventh guest. Three full bathrooms mean a group of seven never has to negotiate the morning routine.

The open kitchen has a granite island and is fully equipped for a week of meals at home. The living and dining area is spacious and well-configured for a group. High-speed WiFi included.

The resort amenities are consistent across One Particular Harbour: heated community pool and cabana, children's tot lot and splash zone, BBQ grilling area, deep water marina for sunset strolls, and Floridays restaurant — a Florida fish-house-style dining experience on the property. Complimentary bikes, beach chairs, a cooler, and a wagon are available for the stay. The free island trolley stops nearby. Manatee Beach on the Gulf is a 2-minute drive over the bridge.

Guests staying 30 nights or longer have access to additional Harbour Isle amenities — the waterfront Beach Club, private pool, fitness center, sky bar, yoga lawn, and kayak launch.

Not only was this condo fully clean and equipped, but many essential amenities were available such as laundry and dish detergent as well as trash bags. We were very appreciative! Even cleaning products!
