Spacious 1-bed home-from-home apt w/ garden. Little Portugal
This spacious one-bedroom apartment is arranged over the bottom two floors of a 100-year-old house. Large modern kitchen, private deck and backyard. Laundry. Located on a quiet residential street a short walk from some of Toronto's most vibrant neighbourhoods. Stroll to the bars, restaurants, craft breweries and galleries of Dundas West, Parkdale and the Junction Triangle. Indoor ice rink and a park two blocks away. Enjoy your home away from home in Toronto.
THE SPACE
This very spacious one-bedroom apartment is arranged over the ground and basement levels of a 100-year-old house. Usually, we're living here, but sometimes we're not, and then we welcome you to enjoy our space as your home away from home.
Ground floor: 9' ceilings; open-plan living room, dining room and kitchen; private deck and garden.
Basement level: 6'5" ceilings, windows in every room, large hallway with seating and laundry, bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, walkout to back garden.
Families: There is only one bed but young children (still in a crib) are welcome as a 3rd guest. Travel crib and toys/kid conveniences available on request.
