Hi Samantha, We are sorry about your experience and failing to meet your expectations. I can see we missed a lot of our standard practices with your booking. I just reviewed the property description and you are right it did not state that it was a basement suite. I have made that correction. I reviewed the messages and found your question which was unanswered about the pool. I cannot apologize enough for that. There was no mention of a hot tub any where on the property there was a mention of a communal pool which is at the leisure center down the road. I have removed that as well to avoid future confusion. The lighting going to stay as is for now and I'll improve the soap/shampoo provided. Once again my apologies Samantha.

Decent guest, left the accommodation in good condition. I apologized profusely for the listing mix up. There were a couple of red flags prior to this booking and I should have canceled then. Guest asked for 1 night free as he will be arriving after midnight. He mentioned the pull out couch and I apologized for that as it wasn't available anymore he demanded a 50% refund. I offered a 25% refund as the booking was heavily discounted to begin with. Guest did not ask for anything and just wrote this because I wont shell out a 50% refund. Apart from the couch, the rest of the thing written here are figments of guest's imagination.
