The location was beautiful with river views. Even though the house was on a steep block there was easy access at the back of the house. The house was clean and suitable for a couple or small family stay

Very cold downstairs, needs a small blowy heater, would be freezing in Winter., fire not really good enough and wood is wet.Beautiful garden and unsurpassed view. We enjoyed our stay.

The communication from the host was excellent right from the start and the welcome guide/app was very useful. The house has everything you need and its garden was spectacular. We had a very restful and comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Samantha’s beautiful property in Rosevears. The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well equipped, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.The river views were absolutely beautiful, and being able to enjoy the views from the bedroom made the stay even more special. The established garden was lovely and peaceful, and we were fortunate enough to have wallabies and other native wildlife visit the property, which was a real highlight of our stay.We particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the house. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the labelled drawers made it so easy to find everything we needed. The bed linen was extremely clean and fresh, and the whole property was maintained to a very high standard.The location was also very convenient, being close to local amenities while still feeling peaceful and private. We felt the property was very reasonably priced considering the cleanliness, facilities, beautiful surroundings, and river views.Samantha was a wonderful host — very responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. She checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well, which we really appreciated.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and peaceful place to stay in Rosevears. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Relaxation Plus

Stella Rose is a very cosy & inviting cottage with large windows leading out to beautiful views of the Tamer River and the surrounding wildlife. We loved seeing the wallabies feeding near the house daily. The house is very comfortable with everything you need & more for a comfortable stay. Booking, checking in and access into the house was very smooth and the host was most helpful, approachable & accommodating.We loved our stay and would definately recommend this beautiful cottage to our family & friends.
