Relax in air-conditioned comfort or take a dip in the glistening shared lagoon pool. You’ll be within a 10-minute walk to the Esplanade Lagoon, Cairns Night Markets, and an abundance of eateries nearby.



The Space:

Defined by its expansive patio boasting breathtaking views of the Ocean/Coral Sea and across the Cairns Esplanade, this fabulous apartment offers the epitome of indoor-outdoor living. Cook up a feast and dine alfresco, relax on the sun lounges with your favourite book, or sip a sunset cocktail at the bar while watching the sky put on a spectacular show.



Stepping inside the living area is open plan with sliding doors that invite in a delightful breeze, while central cooling ensures year-round comfort. A spacious kitchen centres around a breakfast bar and features a servery straight to the patio. It’s fully equipped with premium appliances and cooking utensils. In the evening, kick back on the sofa enjoying the large wall-mounted TV.



Each of the three bedrooms comes well-appointed for a good night’s sleep. The primary bedroom enjoys a luxurious private ensuite with a spa bathtub and double vanity as well as its own TV. The second bedroom opens a second patio while the third bedroom can be customised from a king to two singles upon request, perfect for those travelling in a group. There’s also a full second bathroom as well as in-unit laundry facilities, comprising a washing machine and dryer.



Garage parking is provided for one car.

Important Note: The building will be undergoing repainting from the last week of October through mid-November 2025 which may cause some minor inconvenience during your stay, however, all works are only conducted between 8am and 3pm weekdays. One pool will always be available during workday hours, and both pools outside working hours. Thank you.

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

Located in Queensland’s tropical north, the city of Cairns is a great base for exploring the Great Barrier Reef and the Wet Tropics World Heritage Area. In Cairns town there’s excellent cafes and dining, markets and beautiful beaches nearby making it a year-round travel destination. Plus, it’s easy to get to famous sites like Cape Tribulation and the Daintree. Enjoy breakfast at Caffiend or The Chambers, lunch at Greenfields and dinner at Salt House with its beautiful waterfront views. Don’t miss Cairns institution Rusty’s Markets (Friday-Sunday) to sample the region’s exotic fresh fruit, vegetables, breads, dairy and seafood from more than 180 stalls. The market also has a host of international food stalls, specialty products, clothing and gifts.



Getting Around:

Parking: You'll have access to a one free parking garage spot during your stay.



Airport: The airport is conveniently located just 5.2 kilometres away, approximately an 8-minute drive. Unfortunately, there is no direct public transport route to the airport.



Public Transport: The nearest bus stop is only 350 metres away, making it easy to explore the area using public transportation.

On arrival, the Wi-Fi was not working so we had to reboot the system, the floors were so dirty that taking off your shoes and walking barefoot in the apartment made our feet black within minutes, there was mould on the stainless steel sink cover, dirt and empty pack of cigarettes under the outdoor furniture, scum around the jacuzzi edges, and the ice maker did not work for the entire stay despite following up and not getting anyone to come in and fixInstead of relaxing during a special family celebration, we were dealing with cleanliness and maintenance issues. No refund of cleaning fees was offered even after reaching out to them nicely!Beautiful location and stunning views, exactly as advertised. Unfortunately, the apartment did not meet the standard expected of a “luxury” stay, but disappointing attention to cleanliness and detail
