Located on 33 acres just outside of Fredericksburg, TX and right off of Wine Road 290 is Cross Mountain Cottages. Each cottage provides the perfect setting and location for a quiet weekend retreat in Fredericksburg, or rent all 12 cottages for your special event with family & friends. There are nine newly built cottages and 3 that are original to the property, all impeccably furnished and decorated. There is also a stunning premiere event space available to book when renting all cottages.

SLEEPS - Up to 4 people in 2 king bedrooms
BATH - 2 ensuite baths each with a tub/shower combination
KITCHEN - Kitchenette with a Keurig coffeemaker, refrigerator & microwave. (No Ice Maker)
AMENITIES - Beautiful views of the Hill Country with covered porches, a pond, outdoor common areas with a gas firepit & seating, common area outdoor pavilion with three gas grills, cornhole, WiFi, SmartTVs in all living & bedrooms.

Country views with modern touches

The houses seem very new and the location is very convenient for visiting the vineyards in the area. Waking up and drinking coffee while watching cows in the field is a nice touch. Do note they don’t have ovens or stoves so morning breakfast can be a bit difficult but minor flaw in what was overall a wonderful stay.

Paint on floors, some outlets did not work, oven could not be used as it was missing necessary grate. The water pressure in one of the showers was very weak. The place was clean and new but just didn’t deliver expectations. For the beautiful kitchen it was disappointing not to be able to cook food other than microwave.
