Clean and spacious. Clear instructions and easy communication with host. Would highly recommend.

The condo was perfect for our stay to support our daughter and SIL with the new baby. The host, Rita was extremely accommodating and responsive to all questions. The location is perfect but secluded from traffic woes. Easy and well located to all venues, shopping/ eatery/ Mote, and beaches. My favorite was access to Nathan Benderson Park for nice walks and events. The other residents were kind and friendly

Everything was about the condo was absolutely perfect and the owners communication was great. The overall experience was amazing. We have been to the Meadows 6 times before and it is such a beautiful place. We thinking of returning to Sarasota in January,but we may fly and rent a vehicle this time. One thing to keep in mind. Due to condo rules, they don't allow pickup trucks at night, even in over flow parking. I would have been to towed if it wasn't for my family having a house nearby to hide it. Back in Canada I drive a very small car all month long. I only use the Tuck for long travel as it is much safer. It's really to bad that the condo rules could not be adjusted for renters staying less than a month or so.
