Very serene Townhouse situated in the Meadows Golf & Country Club community. The house overlooks a Golf Course and is just steps to one of the community heated pools. 3-Bedroom, 2.5-Bath, 1-car garage, fully furnished and turnkey.

Bright and large living room with vaulted ceiling that extends into the dining area. Master bedroom has a queen size bed, opens on the enclosed lanai with golf view. Two guest bedrooms are located on the second floor. First guest room has a full size bed and a twin size bed, vaulted ceiling and golf view. Second guest room has 2 twin size bunk beds, opens on a balcony overlooking the living room. The fully-equipped kitchen opens on a sunny courtyard with a dining set for 4.

Wireless Internet and cable TV is provided. There are full size washer and dryer, large flat screen TV, DVD/Blu-Ray player, printer/copier/scanner, shredder, piano, beach chairs, bikes, and NEST smart thermostat.

Linen, bath and beach towels are provided.
No smoking, no pets.

The Meadows is a golf community with 14 miles of beautifully wooded walking/biking paths with water views and a 1.7 mile fitness trail. It has more than 80 pristine lakes, waterways and preserves areas. There are three 18-hole golf courses (including 2 public courses) and 16 lighted clay tennis courts.

Minutes from the white sandy beaches of Siesta Key and the upscale shopping and dining districts at St. Armand’s Circle and downtown Sarasota. Many shopping centers are a very short drive away, including the new University Town Center Mall almost at walking distance. It is very close to I-75 and Sarasota International Airport (SRQ).

Great Location

Friendly owner, but master bed needs box spring. Drapes could be cleaned and dishware is quite worn. Friendly trustworthy neighbors.

We are a family of 4 with 2 boys. We love golfing, biking, painting, playing the piano, and enjoying the pool and the beautiful Sarasota seashore. We live in VA and this house is our home during school breaks.

The property is located in the Meadows, a community with strong social relationships, grand open spaces, and a commitment to wildlife and ecology. Huntingwood is a quiet neighborhood with gorgeous landscaping and easy access from Honoré and I-75. The property is on of the best in Huntingwood with an open outlook, a garage, a driveway and direct access to the pool.

What makes this property unique

This property is mostly occupied by the owner and only rented 3 months in a year. As opposed to rental-only properties, this home is carefully maintained, equipped, and decorated.
