A 3BR/2BA 1st floor Garden Flat with sleeping occupancy for 6, the unit is steps away from the heated indoor/outdoor pool, fitness center and clubhouse, and a short walk to the beach crossing. All single floor living with both lagoon and pool views. This St. Augustine vacation unit has been remodeled with new kitchen and baths, new flooring throughout, upgraded lighting and an added third bedroom. The spacious dining room and living room have ample seating for six and a 70" big screen TV. The master bedroom has a king bed with flat screen TV. The master bath has a glassed-in shower and dual sinks. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a flat screen TV, while twin beds and a smart TV are in the third added bedroom.
