Tastefully furnished and decorated this spacious 1170 sq ft two bedroom, two bathroom condo is fully equipped with all the amenities of home including high speed internet and cable TV. Second bedroom includes a work space desk. One private parking spot is included with additional guest parking spots on the property. Just a short twenty minute walk down the canal path or five minute drive leads you to the heart of Old Town Scottsdale with its numerous restaurants, shopping and entertainment district. The pool and hot tub are heated year round and there is also a poolside grilling area. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located condo.
