The app used by the host is terrible. Not able to find up to date information and kept giving me details of property from last year and nothing on the property I had booked. Contacted the host so many times to get simple instructions and codes used for security purposes. Instructions were vague and host could not understand simple English. Kept reading from script which was annoying as they could not communicate properly. This is my worst experience in years of travel and in so many countries. Would never use this host again.
