Amazing family rental home

Our family of 6 had a great time enjoying the sun on the backyard patio and playing in the pool. Also spent many hours fishing on the dock and kayaking in the canal. The house was perfect for our small group. The only thing we noticed that could be improved was that it would have been nice if there was more beach towels and the longe chair outside was falling apart. Other than that we had ever needed and really enjoyed our time there!

Cape coral

House was beautiful and very clean, however we had no access to the garage. Which we didn’t know until arrival. Had spa set on a timer for only 3 hours in the evening. So we had no access throughout the day. When it would finally come on the evening it was so hot you couldn’t get in it. Contacted Roelens Management Company and property manager several times throughout the week. They said they would fix it and never did. Finally the pool guy came 2 days prior to departure and fixed it. He said it was set to 104 degrees. There were no life vests for the kayaks, they said they had to order them. They didn’t arrive until 3 days before departure. Also no cleaning products for dishes or countertops. No trash bags or paper towels. Propane tank for grill was almost empty so we only had access to grill a couple of times. Otherwise had to provide propane ourselves. Wouldn’t rent from Roelens again.

Spa schedules and temperatures are set for safety and efficiency, though we regret any inconvenience. Guest supplies like dish soap, paper towels, and propane are provided only as a starter pack, and guests are responsible for replenishing as needed during their stay.
