The suite was clean and nicely decorated. Could use a couple of fixes. The screen door needs an inside handle. The entry door does not close tightly as the door handle does not latch.

The suite looked exactly like the pictures and was very comfortable. Daniel was a great host and resolved they only issue I had very promptly (coffee maker issues). The people upstairs were very quiet as well.

Beautifully developed basement suite, everything is brand new and carefully, thoughtfully decorated. Many nice amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. Bed linens are lovely. We both sleep so well. There is a tiny bit of noise from the upper floor though totally quiet and dark all night long. As this is a basement suite, there are stairs leading down to it. We would happily return.

Everything was very clean. No issues there. Location was good. Very quiet . The only thing was there should of been your house number at the back of the house. We had a terrible time finding it from the back alley, where we were supposed to park. And a light above the outside door would be great too. A box of kleenex should be available & salt & pepper shakers.

The unit was clean and well furnished. The listing identified it as a basement apartment: note that this is a true basement apartment and not half basement. There are steep stairs leading to the basement level and only 2 small windows (one in each bedroom). Location was in a residential area and was good, Fort Saskatchewan is not a big town so amenities were within either a 10min walk or 10min driving distance.
