The home has a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with breakfast nook which features seating for 4. A spacious living area with flat screen TV and a dining area (seating for 6) plus bar stools, completes the spacious open floor plan. The large master bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, ensuite bathroom and flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and bedrooms three and four offer two twin beds each.

As guests step out onto the pool deck a large pool beckons! The deck features loungers as well as a covered outdoor dining area to enjoy. Plus it boasts South facing views right over the golf course. Guests may need some encouragement to leave all of this behind for the theme parks, shops, and restaurants that are nearby.

The home is located in the peaceful Highlands Reserve Golf & Country Club community which features a championship Mike Dasher golf course along with a beautiful rolling countryside, an abundance of pine trees, and orange groves. The community is perfectly located for families who want to explore the area, only minutes from the major attractions, plus convenient shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. Walt Disney World is a 10 minute drive on Highway 192 while Interstate 4, only 5 minutes away, takes visitors to other popular Orlando attractions, and provides easy access to the Gulf Coast OR Atlantic beaches.

Pool Policy: A private pool is available on the property featuring child safety alarms and locks on all pool access entries. Pool heating is offered for an additional fee, pool heating must be requested in advance and paid for prior to arrival.

Pet Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00
