Great Place to Stay
Great property, very clean. Good location. Didn't see anything about golf in the listing which made me disappointed when I found out it was near a golf course. Would stay here again.

From the owner: "We're pleased you enjoyed your stay. Please accept our apology for not listing the 2 golf courses. This was an oversite. We are having this added to our listing. We hope you'll consider us the next time your in the area."
Nice relaxing place to stay with family or just adults. Quiet secluded place that just helps you to relax. Minutes away from areas to swim, go fishing or hiking.

From the owner: "Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear that you found your stay quiet and relaxing. Your recommendation means the world to us. We hope to welcome you back for another peaceful getaway soon!"
The property was gorgeous. We had family game night every night thanks to the games (inside and outside) we found at the cabin. The contact was quick to respond to any questions we had. Unfortunately, we went during a burn ban, so we didnt get to use the firepit, but we were definitely able to sit back and relax every night.

From the owner: "Awesome! Thank you so much for the wonderful review. We love this home as well. We love sitting outside on the front porch, around the fire, or on the hammock (we usually put it up until May due to the snow and rain). We think of it as our little oasis. It has that camping vibe. We're glad you enjoyed all the games and other fun things around the home. We look forward to seeing you again."

Wonderful place to stay
This is a great house. Was very clean. Internet worked well and TVs in each room. Hot tub out back was wonderful! Private but not too far away from town. Games outside in the garage area were fun to play and a nice way to pass the time.

Me, partner, and her daughter (14) stayed 3 nights this fall and it was a nice home-away for our time in the area with little funky touches the girls enjoyed. The area was quiet area and it was easy to relax at the property when we weren't out in Eureka Springs or driving the Pig Trail.
Would stay again. Good value compared to other properties we looked at it.
Some highlights:
Nice private hot tub with a canopy that sagged under the weight of the collecting rain water but kept us dry from chilly droplets coming down. The young one loved it.
Screened back entrance convenient for in/out from the back patio and hot tub.
Living room and large Hisense Smart TV was perfect for catching football on a night in.
Both bedrooms had good mattresses, pillows, and sheets/comforters. No complaints from my girls.
Extra towels for the hot tub and a laundry room were both handy.
Issues: None other than a table lamp that wasn't plugged in or even near an outlet that was confusing. I guess the sink disposal didn't run too but mentioned to property manager after. Not a problem, it happens.
Tip: More just to set expectations... the entire area is hilly with narrow roads, woods, and a lot of tight, blind curves. Have your GPS ready and watch for wildlife and wild drivers.

From the owner: "We are pleased you enjoyed the house and the funky touches. Apologies for the garbage disposal; after taking a look at it, the GFS just needed to reset. Not sure what happened to the extension cord on the lamp, but it's being replaced. We agree with you on the roads, drivers, and wildlife! We hope you'll be back to see us again."
The positives to this property are that the house is super cute, clean the location is quiet and serene. It's true that the lake is close, but access is not. There are 2 kayaks available for use, but you'll need a truck or a vehicle with a rack on top to get them to water access. Otherwise, you'll be carrying them by hand a ways. My husband and I decided to give our daughters the king size bed since we're used to sleeping in a queen and they don't typically sleep in the same bed. The queen mattress was awful. Super loud, creaky and uncomfortable. The kitchen is lacking some accoutrements including measuring cups/spoons. The check out requirements are also a bit much in my opinion. They require that you remove bed linens and basically clean for them, but still charge a $120 cleaning fee. If I'm doing the job for you why am I still being charged for cleaning? And it all has to be done and the guests out of the house by 10am. Far from relaxing. All in all we enjoyed our stay and if I learned they changed the queen mattress and their checkout requirements, I would stay again.
