This Maui condominium is located within the exclusive Ka`anapali Royal Resort, a gated condominium resort of 15 three-level buildings. The expansive view of the Royal Ka`anapali Golf Club course designed by Robert Trent Jones and the ocean beyond is not to be missed!

An easy three-minute walk takes you to Whaler's Village and world-renowned Ka`anapali Beach. Whaler's Village offers an abundance of both fine and casual dining restaurants, shops to appeal to every taste, convenience stores, and the Whaler's Museum of the Pacific. Ka`anapali Beach is consistently ranked among the top five beaches in the world and offers a three-mile-long, wide expanse of white sand that is perfect for sunning, swimming, jet skiing, parasailing, banana boating, sailing, snorkeling, and more. The short walk to Ka’anapali Beach from the condo is an easy stroll along wide interior resort sidewalks.

This 1,500+ sq. ft. condominium has recently been completely renovated with tile floors, granite counter tops, and custom stone shower. The Master Bedroom is furnished with a California King bed; the Second Bedroom with two extra-long twin beds (which can be configured into a king-sized bed); and the Living Area with a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The condo comfortably sleeps six guests.

A custom stone over sized tub/shower combination accentuates the Master Bathroom, and the Second Bathroom offers a custom stone walk-in shower. HDTVs are provided in the Living Area and in both bedrooms. Secured high speed Internet is also provided.

Overall it was good

This property was probably the best stocked place I have ever stayed (especially the kitchen). However, the carpet needs to be replaced, it gives the place a musty smell right now. The living room furniture leaves a lot to be desired. The pull out bed in the living room was almost unusable, I would not suggest anyone else use it. A blow up mattress would be better than the sofa.

Beautiful and convenient location

Condo was perfectly located between Lahaina and Kapalua. Easy 5-10 min walk to Whaler’s Village and the beach. The condo was spacious and comfortable for our family of 4 (me, husband, and 2 teenagers).

Great views

This property is in a great location for golfing, snorkeling and sightseeing. The layout of the unit is very good with an office area in the master suite. The views of the golf course, ocean and Molakai are exceptional. The sunset can be viewed from the patio. We are hoping to return again in the future.

Enjoyable Stay

This spacious condo worked wonderfully for our family of four. The unit was clean, quiet and comfortable. It was convenient to have a kitchen and laundry units as opposed to staying in a hotel. The A/C worked well and extra fans were available if we were still too hot. The unit was conveniently located to the activities we were there for (wedding at Olowalu Beach, Kaanapali beach, Whaler's Village a short walk). They even had beach chairs and other equipment available if you wanted them. Overall, a fantastic stay and we would rent this condo again.
