This lovely three-story condo in the heart of Ouray provides comfortable quarters for families or friend groups of up to six people, and the back deck lets you take in the beautiful views!
The unit’s three bedrooms are spread out with one bedroom on each floor for privacy. Bedrooms on the first and third floor each contain a single queen bed while the bedroom on the second floor contains two twin beds. Each floor also has its own full bath that includes a shower, plus the master suite has a jetted tub!
The condo includes a fully-equipped kitchen with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave. The kitchen includes cooking essentials along with dishes and flatware. There is also an outdoor grill guests can use.
Guests who want a relaxing evening indoors will love the gas fireplace. Those who enjoy spending time outside will appreciate the wood deck with outdoor seating. The stacked washer and dryer within the condo makes it easy to do laundry. Other home comforts include high-speed wireless internet and a streaming TV.
A refundable damage deposit of $500 will apply on the credit card upon check-in.
