We had an absolutely amazing stay! The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Karen was fantastic to deal with—friendly, responsive, and made everything so easy from start to finish. Our group of 9 ladies had the best weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We’ll definitely be back again!
Absolutely loved our stay here. The views were fantastic, the house lovely and comfortable and communication with Karen was great. The proximity to Ladies Well was a huge plus, the kids loved the natural swimming holes.
Absolutely loved our stay! Most beautiful countryside, pure bliss and relaxation. The house is super comfortable and the verandah aspect, sunrises and sunsets are just mágic! Highly recommend
Idyllic countryside setting with stunning views. Property had a very at home feel and was well equipped for a family group with small children. Thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing weekend.
Was ideal for our family getaway. The house had everything we could have hoped for. A/c was lovely on the hot days, the fire pit was fabulous at night to sit around and toast marshmallows and chat. The beds and linen were clean and comfy. The outdoor lounge was lovely for nibbles and wine of an afternoon. It was perfect. Thank you!
Fabulous five days in a very beautiful and peaceful part of NSW. Accommodation was perfect for us: warm, cozy, clean & comfortable. Close proximity to Barrington Tops National Park for those keen on walking. We would definitely come back as we didn't want to leave!!

We loved our visit to the Williams River valley and really enjoyed staying in such comfortable accommodation. The rooms were clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the air con works well, everything is fresh and new. Close to nature but with all the creature comforts. Amazing base to then get out in the southern part of Barrington Tops, as well as to Dungog and both areas of Chichester State Forest and the Allyn River. thank you to our kind and accommodating hosts.

The location is simply stunning, nestled close to one of the world’s oldest rainforests. The natural beauty of the area is breathtaking, and we enjoyed every moment exploring the lush surroundings. Very picturesque
The propert is in a beautiful area, so picturesque. It is a good 30 minutes from Dungog, so you really have to take all your supplies.also pack water if you dont want to drink tank water. The property is on septic tank, you cant use normal products, but there is ample detergents, hand wash and shampoo to use.6 adults and 3 children stayed in tbe main house, there is 1 shower and toilet it did get crowded at times. The kitchen is well equipt with everything you need. The fridge hadnt been cleaned out , it had over a dozen bottles and jars of condiments and sauces from previous people. 2 adults stayed in the parents retreat, it was a good size, the king bed was a bonus and very comfortable. The decking is a great size with comfortable lounge and table and chairs.
