This house is a wonderful spot for comfort and amenities. The deck is just as awesome as it looks. The furniture is sturdy and so comfortable. Easy to find. Quiet neighborhood.

A wonderful choice for staying the weekend.

Upon arrival from Frisco, we found the house to be simply spotless. An excellent layout with the master bedroom on one side of the floor plan and 2 guest bedrooms on the other side of the plan. Bed had clean sheets and were completely made up. We found plenty of dishes, cups and bowls galore to aid in preparing food. Utensils are plentiful and excellent for our purposes.Now, one item to improve: the wife could not locate any Kleenex-like material for removing eye makeup. Plenty of other paper products, though. The wife has also authorized me to re-rent this facility every time we want to stay for a 3-day weekend! Everything worked wonderfully, with one minor problem: we successfully grilled chicken on Night 1, the propane tank ran out while grilling steaks on Night 2. But we borrowed the propane tank from the fire pit to continue, so crisis averted! The contact person, however, responded immediately to my note regarding the empty propane canister.All in all, a very enjoyable stay and we will very likely be returning to this location.
