3BR/2BA Single Level home with exceptional views from inside and out. Built in 1985 and approx. 1824 sqft. Recently remodeled near the Chapel of the Holy Cross. Nature hiking (access to Little Horse trail) begins at the end of the driveway. Nestled on a ½ acre lot surrounded by pine trees, feels close to nature. Central heating and cooling, and electric fireplace.

Cable Internet with WiFi and Cable TV are included. Washer and Dryer on premises.

Three golf courses near by in Village of Oak Creek. Enjoy stargazing a night.

The open floor plan and natural wood in the vaulted ceilings are very relaxing. The kitchen has granite counter tops, dishwasher, flat top stove, and a microwave. The living room has a leather couch and love seat with beautiful views and a large screen TV.

Dining room includes seating for 6 with 4 additional bar stools around the island. Master bedroom has a king pillow-top bed, love seat, work desk, and flat-screen TV. The 2nd bedroom has a queen pillow-top bed and a twin sofa sleeper. The 3rd bedroom has a queen pillow-top bed. All three bedrooms have walk-in closets.

Smart Doorbell at front entrance. The coverage area is the front entrance and driveway. Only viewing by the owner is allowed.

Lovely views. The kitchen is well stocked and spacious. The location is great with a hiking trail about 10 min minutes from the house. You can walk to chapel on the rock. from the house. Stargazing was wonderful. My whole family enjoyed it here.

Amazing Stay!!!

The pictures do not do this house justice. It was a perfect stay! Great location!!! The house was equipped with anything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes and other cooking tools. Nearby trailheads meant we could walk to them and not battle for parking. This was a great stay, awesome and clean house, amazing vacation!

Awesome Stay!

Very clean, very well-loved place to stay with plenty of thought put into the little details that make a stay nice. Set in a nice neighborhood with gorgeous views, this place beats any motel hands down. 3 bedrooms, plenty of space, and lots of comfort. We met the host and were very impressed by the friendliness and hospitality! The bottle of wine didn’t hurt either . . . . Great stay all around.

Lovely in Sedona

This property was perfect for our family. It was everything that was advertised and it was located in just the right place, close to town but not too close. We hiked, we shopped, we kayaked, we took a Pink Jeep Tour and sat out on the deck at night and looked at the stars. It was very hot yet will still managed to have a terrific time. We highly recommend this property.

A wonderful place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our 12 days at Grace Living. This home is clean, meticulously maintained, and spacious with a view of stunning red rock formations greeting you each sunrise then glowing at sunset while you grill on the deck, savor dinner, or relax on the comfortable couches. It is convenient to hiking trails, local attractions, grocery stores and other shopping yet in a quiet, friendly, safe neighborhood. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and serve meals. Thoughtful extras included 2 yoga mats, several stainless steel water bottles, covered glass food storage containers, bottled water in the frig, a spice rack, a bottle of wine, bags of snacks, and being able to park our rental car in the garage.

Fantastic week

This was our second time renting this property for a week and we just love it. The home is comfortable, updated, clean and fully equipped for all of your needs with amazing views out the windows and from the deck. And the location can’t be beat. We jumped on trails directly out the door of the house without needing to hover for a parking spot at one of the trail lots on several days. This one gets an A++

Great place close to everything

We really enjoyed staying at this house!! Everything was just like the pictures showed. For us the best part of staying at Grace Living was how close it was to trails. We hiked a loop that had a portion of Little Horse Trail, broken arrow, Hog Heaven and Hog wash trail. We started at the end of the driveway and we viewed a bunch of sights that the jeep tours viewed (crossed paths with a few jeeps on our walk.) We hiked for over 3 hours stopping to enjoy the views along the way. Very easy check in and out. If ever back we will definitely be staying here again.

This was the most incredible place both my husband and myself have ever stayed. I am a little over the top on cleanliness and this certainly met my satisfaction. I was also very happy with the quality and ample amounts of paper products provided. This was a bonus.Everything we could possibly need was provided, even a cooler that we could pack bottled water for the day when we did a couple road trips. The owners have thought of it all!The house has an awesome layout and beautiful furniture and decor. And, the views from the living room, master bedroom and the deck.....AMAZING. The location was perfect. So peaceful and quiet yet not far from Sedona. Loved watching the stars from the deck. I could go on and on! Great views in a quiet, convenient neighborhood

This house has everything you'll need. We've now stayed in Grace Living 3 times, an it's never disappointed. We love the convenience of being close to both Sedona and the Village of Oak Creek, and the living room has beautiful views without leaving the comfortable furniture. We enjoy cooking many of our own meals, and the large well appointed kitchen makes it easy for all of us to help out. The beds are comfy and the linens are luxurious. The house is always super clean when we arrive, and any questions are dealt with promptly by Carson. Grace Living is definitely a home away from home!

Superb Property to stay in Sedona AZ

Our family, consisting of 5 adults (2 generations), stayed at this property for 7 nights. The house is wonderful, with a great view, in a great neighborhood and wonderfully located at a short drive of everything. The house is wonderfully equipped, very roomy, beautifully decorated, furniture and beds very comfortable. We can’t say enough good things about it because all of it is well deserved. Without hesitation, we recommend this property and host. Communication with Carson and Renata is easy and clear. We enjoyed our stay and would stay in it again. Thank you Carson and Renata.

A wonderful week

We loved our stay at Grace Living! The house was spacious, and kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook some meals during our week stay. Beds were comfortable and there were pull out twin beds in the Master and 2nd bedroom, which left plenty of sleeping options for our family of 6. Loved the location near Chapel of the Holy Cross. The access to Little Horse Trail outside the front door was amazing and meant easy hikes where we didn't need to fight for parking at trailhead lots. Found the location between Oak Creek and Sedona wonderful for our needs and plans for the week. We loved the little touches of our stay: a bottle of wine and snacks upon our arrival, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, extra set of towels, spices and cooking oil. The house was set up ready for our arrival - which made everything easier.

The house was beautiful, inside and out. The view was amazing. The house was very clean and comfortable. Everything that we could possibly need or want was supplied by the owners. Anniversary trip

What a beautiful setting. It is like living in a nationsl park with all the natural beauty and wildlife . We saw a jack rabbit, the family of javelin walk through the yard. We had four deer just chilling under a tree next to the deck on our last morning. An amazing sighting stag in the neighbors yard on the way to the grocery. Every corner you take just driving to town is another "Wow!" moment. The kitchen had everything you could ask for. Internet a little glitchy but other than that it was wonderful trip.

Truly amazing

Our time at Grace Living was amazing. Perfect location to visit both Sedona and the Verde Valley area. Everything was clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed the views from the deck in the evening.

Exceeded expectations!

I’ve stayed at numerous places over the years, but this may be the best! So beautiful and clean, with everything you can possibly need. And the views were breathtaking. If we ever make it back to Sedona, we will stay here. Plus you can get to the chapel of holy cross after a short walk. Loved it!

A Peaceful Gem in Busy Sedona

Sedona is a very beautiful place to visit but can feel quite crowded and busy. This wonderful house gave us all (grandma, grandpa, mom, dad, and active four year old) a comfortable, restful place to share our family vacation. Everything from the soft beds, plush towels, and multiple cozy wraps to the well provisioned kitchen was far above average. The owner even left some welcoming snacks. But the clean kitchen’s useful dishes, utensils, appliances, modern refrigerator and even food storage containers for leftovers were the best we’ve encountered in a number of house rentals. It is calmer (and cheaper) for a family to make meals together than constantly eat out. We took some walks in the pretty neighborhood after dinner and enjoyed not only the landscaping, but its many views of the iconic Red Rocks. The owner promptly responded to our question about managing recyclables and certainly would have handled any actual problem but there weren’t any because this property is clearly well maintained. We would stay here again and recommend it for anyone wanting convenient, but quiet, access to the Sedona area. Bravo on a well deserved 5 stars in every category!

Sedona Getaway

Beautiful and spacious home with many cozy features. Perfect for bikers with garage access to store bikes and many trails within riding distance to avoid crowded parking lots. Many restaurants & shops within a few minutes drive.
