Twenty seconds from beautiful Bondi Beach and a short stroll away from shops, restaurants, public transports and some of the best cafes in town.

The space

Accommodation comprises 2 bedrooms both with built-in robes. There is combined lounge & dining, a fully equipped kitchen, a sleek renovated bathroom, a separate laundry and a designated car space. Enjoy the ultimate lifestyle in a coveted setting right in the heart of North Bondi village. This is something special!

Guest access
Guests have unlimited access to the entire apartment.

The communal rooftop area and private laundry rooms access is via the main building stairwell, one flight above the apartment.

Other things to note
For the little ones, portacot and highchair hire is available for $30 AUD per item/stay.

Parking for 1 vehincle , non covered space.
There is no height restriction.

*Please be advised that construction is underway at the building, primarily at the back and side of the building during March and April 2026. No anticipated disruption to Unit 15’s view.
Construction hours are as follows: Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and Saturday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. There will be no construction activities on Sundays or public holidays.

Suspect behaviour

Told us that the booking system was erroneous and double booked, and offered us a different place (called beachfront penthouse - which it most certainly was not). Suss already, VRBO booking system is well renowned.I agreed after confirming the price difference and being told it was the same price. After arriving and seeing the new location was less than acceptable and clearly not of the same value I looked at the cost to rent the place the following weekend, to find that I should have been owed more than 600 when they changed the booking. On asking about this communications ceased on their end. Feels like this is a common dodgy practice ran by this person, be aware
