Built in1890 this home has been renovated with rustic charm and sits on an acre of land with hickory creek running through the back. Wake up and sip your coffee on the patio, deck, front porch or around the fire pit. There's a yoga studio, games room and plenty of space in the back yard for soccer, badminton, cornhole and more. Beaches, golf courses, wineries and cideries all nearby.
