Ok, so the room was good yet there are a lot of rules in your face, like parking pass return, if you don't return it ( and it's just a mirror hanger) they said it would cost you $30.00 they asked me to take out the trash so I really didn't feel like I was on vacation. Then there is the beach, no smoking, no drinking, and a whole list of no's you can't do. My wife and I were so worried about what we did so not to break the rules. We've been to Carolina Beach many times this summer and we felt more comfortable there. This was a birthday gift for me from my wife as I had a birthday while we were there. We probably won't visit this area again. We prefer to relax on our visit to the beach not have to worried about the rules and if you are not breaking them. We are easy to get along with but we just couldn't relax because of the rules everywhere.

Some of the regulations you mentioned—such as no smoking or drinking on the beach—are set by the Town of Wrightsville Beach and not by us directly, but we completely understand how it can feel restrictive when you’re on vacation. As for property-specific rules like the parking pass and trash removal, these are in place to help keep things running smoothly for all guests and to avoid additional fees from the building management. We try to make them as clear as possible up front so there aren’t surprises, but we’ll review how we present them to ensure they come across more as helpful reminders rather than burdens.
