Extremely exclusive and above and beyond service

Was extremely happy with the resort and ambience of the resort. Condo had everything you need and was super comfortable. Definitely would like to comeback in a near feature. Demary and Host were awesome definitely give them 5 stars.

Ideal space and location

The apartment easily accommodated three couples for two weeks. Wonderful balconies with ample furniture allowed us to lounge, visit, and eat together when not out and about the surrounding neighborhood and Bucerias. Walking distance to major grocery stores also made it easy to make our own meals. Nelly was quick to respond to any questions and Dameris, the housekeeper, did a great job cleaning. Located in the Aria Ocean complex, everyone in our group thought this place was fantastic!

Great clean and modern condo

Our family of 6 had a great stay here. The place was clean and had amenities we enjoyed such as the beach chairs and outdoor table and couches on the deck. The place had plenty of kitchen utensils, blender and oven dishes that we used regularly. There are large palms in front of the deck which kept the west facing sun off of the deck. So we were able to enjoy it in the afternoon without burning. The cleaner was friendly and thorough and our property manager was easy to contact via WhatsApp. Location: it was great! Pools were enjoyable. The beach is right there. Gorgeous sunsets every night. A quick 50 peso Uber took you to the Mega or La Comer nearby. We walked the nature trail over to Bucerias a few times. The *only* downfall (to no fault of the hosts) is that the gym is reserved for use by condo owners and not the renters. Thanks for the great trip!

Lovely Condo

We have rented several condos in this complex, this has been the best, nicely furnished and very well equipped, we paid a little more this time but it was worth it. Aria Ocean has some upgrades from last year, we were pleasantly surprised, we love the pool and the green areas, the easy access to the sandy clean beach make us come back year after year. We were regulars in Puerto Vallarta but we are happier now in Nuevo Vallarta, we found it more relaxing and peaceful still close enough to PV for day or night visits Rental manager in Houston very responsive and professional.

Lovely, large condo.

Condo Pros: - Layout is lovely with all rooms ocean view and huge balconies - Well appointed kitchen - Nicely decorated - Very clean & twice weekly cleaning service - Owner Nelly was responsive and eager to problem solve. - Second floor so it was easily accessible by stairs or elevator. Condo cons: - Gym was not ‘open’ to renters - Security safe broken - Combo washer/dryer took several hours to complete a load. - No extra bed pillows (one per person) Resort comments: - Seemingly geared towards seniors - Very quiet - Excellent location - Close to grocery stores - No activities, sports, games, entertainment. - Not accommodating to kids - forbidden to even throw a football in the empty pool.
