This fully turn key condo has all the amenities you would desire in a home away from home. Start your stay on the island in this 2nd floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo (elevator access to 2nd floor) with amazing beach views from your balcony. A spacious open kitchen has a selection of cooking implements to match your culinary skill. Well equipped with a variety of glassware, place settings and service pieces. You can also relax and watch tv in the open living room after a day of fun in the sun. Full-size washer and dryer is also included in the unit.
Walk across the street along the ocean's edge for a refreshing morning or evening stroll on Smather's Beach. Bring your racquets and tennis balls to take advantage of the onsite tennis courts or just enjoy the on site saltwater swimming pools; one of which is heated. A shuffleboard court, a bocce court, and communal grills, are all available on this 8 acre lush complex. Unassigned parking for up to 2 standard size vehicles are available.
