Wonderful stay. The property was very clean, well equipped. We like to cook and the kitchen had everything we needed. Walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

Beaver Village condo

Loved to ground floor access of this condo. Master bedroom was nice. Bed in second bedroom a bit hard. Loved to updated kitchen. We have stayed in many Beaver Village condos and this kitchen was the best! We found check-in streamlined with everything on computer, but were not provided with wireless passcode, so had to call front desk for that. Also, no instructions for check-out, except for time, but we always try and clean up after ourselves anyway.

Ski Trip Stay at Beaver Village

The place was great and clean. Perfect for our family of four. However the condo was advertised with pool and hot access which we were denied. They said owner refused to pay his club house dues and they were not to provide access. I have a picture of the note posted at the front desk. Pool and hot tub was our number one search criteria and so it was very disappointing. We’ll be asking for some sort of refund for false advertising.

This property is amazing and very clean. However, we do want to mention that during one guest's stay, there was an unforeseen issue with pool and hot tub access due to a new HOA rule regarding clubhouse dues. Unfortunately, the owner wasn’t aware of this change at the time, and we understand how disappointing it was, especially since these amenities were a key part of their trip. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we worked quickly to resolve it with the owner and even issued a refund to make up for the inconvenience. We can also always be reached 24/7 at our guest services line.
