This adorable and affordable holiday home features 3 bedrooms, an attached studio and open plan living in a quiet residential area, surrounded by nature`s beauty. This is a perfect retreat for families looking for a cosy, comfortable and homely beachside holiday.

Located less than 200 metres and flat walking distance to the picturesque beach. You can also find plenty of activities to do in the neighbouring towns of Ettalong, Umina and Woy Woy with weekend markets, boutique shops, cinemas, pelican feeding, fishing hot spots and ferry transport.

Master bedroom contains a king bed, built-ins, WC and ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 contains a queen bed and built-ins. Bedroom 3 has 2 single bunk beds and built-ins. Bedroom 4 is an attached studio with a queen bed, ensuite with shower, air-conditioning and a dryer.

* Fully equipped kitchen with electric cooking, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine
* Lovely outdoor entertaining with timber deck, fully-fenced yard, charcoal weber (Charcoal not supplied), seating

Shame about the rain

The booking was made for my mother to stay as she loves Pearl Beach. The separate room was very handy for her and the property was well-maintained and had a homely feel. The property managers were very responsive to my mother's queries.

Smaller than the photos suggest, but the location is awesome

The living and kitchen areas were much smaller than we expected from the photos but we spent most of our time outside. Which was fine, until a gardener arranged by the owners turned up unannounced and started doing the lawns sending grass clippings and debris all over our lunch. And his whipper snipper woke up our 2 babies which really stuffed up our day. He was apologetic and kind, but the owners really shouldn’t send in people unannounced. The property manager said he wasn’t their guy. It was a strange thing to happen on a holiday.

Terrible

Dirty and old, place was falling apart, no hot water in 2nd bathroom, cobwebs inside all over the house. Clothes line ready to fall down quite dangerous. No hot water in second bathroom. Useless bbq. Food left in fridge. Would not recommend. Were offered cleaners but they never showed up.
