3 BR 3 BA Blacklake condo on the Oaks course near Pismo Beach and wine country

Black Lake Golf Resort is located on California's sunny Central Coast between Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo, and welcomes golfers of all levels. Blacklake, Avila Beach Golf Resorts and several other local Central Coast courses offer discounted golf for our guests. Wineries are too numerous to count which allows a wide selection of wine tasting experiences. Numerous beaches are nearby as well as art galleries and quaint towns to explore.

This very attractive unit is a two story three bedroom two and a half bath that looks out on to the first green of the Oaks course. The unit has been completely upgraded, including stone counter tops, tile flooring in the kitchen and bath rooms, new kitchen appliances, new living room furniture and new king size beds.

The living area contains a wall mounted 55 in HDTV, a DVD/CD player, WIFI, fireplace with gas log as well as a comfortable seating area, dining area and breakfast bar. The sliding glass door opens to the balcony from which can be seen first green of the Oaks course and the 2nd tee box. There is also a gas barbecue on the balcony. The half bathroom is located just inside the front door.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, glasses, utensils, cookware, coffee maker and toaster etc.

The three bedrooms are upstairs along with two bathrooms. The master bedroom looks out over the first green on the Oaks course. There is a brightly lit vanity area separate from the master bath as well as a small vanity area in the bathroom. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and a flat screen HDTV. The second bedroom is down the hall and also has a new king size bed. The third bedroom functions as an office with a wall bed and desk. The second bathroom is located at the end of the hall and has a shower and full sized front loading washer and dryer. Both bathrooms were remodeled October 2017.

We are members of the swim club which is within walking distance. The swim club has a nice swimming pool as well as a Jacuzzi hot tub. There is a key available for use by our guests.

There is a carport for one vehicle in the front of the unit and additional parking close by for additional vehicles.

Lovely Roomy Condo

Updated and nicely decorated this 3 bedroom condo fit our needs nicely. The middle bedroom has a Murphy bed that when put up has a shelf that works great for a desk. Used the grill and enjoyed watching all the birds in the oak trees from the dining table. The owner was extremely responsive and we loved their photo to make a personal connection.

Peaceful Retreat

HOST -- The host was very responsive and easy to work with. He personally uses the unit on occasion, which is reflected in how well the unit is maintained and equipped. He provides a helpful binder to assist your understanding of the unit and expectations. His VRBO pictures nicely reflect the reality. CONDO -- PROS: A very well laid out modern condo. Think natural peacefully setting with a small deck overlooking a stand of oaks and putting green. Very quite, retreat like, without disturbances. Lots of birds, occasional wildlife, yet only a ten minute drive to whatever you need. The weather it noted for being very mild year round. Friendly, quite neighbors. Very clean. Well equipped throughout with everything in working order, updated furnishings and stocked with most essentials. The beds are comfortably firm. Nicely remodeled bathrooms and kitchen. A good value when compared with surrounding towns. CONS -- The unit has minimal natural light.

First time experience

I highly recommend staying in this condo it has everything and anything you might need while away from your own home. The beds are comfortable the condo nice and clean. Nice and quiet and the neighbors were all very nice & friendly. The Jacuzzi was a plus as was the heated swimming pool first place I went when I got off of work to relax. It’s close enough to the beach , restaurants grocery stores a huge swap meet but nice and secluded and peaceful. We were there for work five men total and big enough for all of us to do our own thing And not be in anybody’s way. The owner Ron replied back immediately to any questions we had and made sure we enjoyed our stay in which we did so thank you Ron. From Richard Coye and crew also known as Tile Revival Inc.

This unit was updated in 2017 so the bathrooms, kitchen and furniture are modern and very clean. The linens are high quality and there is every utensil or piece of equipment you might need in the kitchen. Ron is great to work with, very responsive and accommodating,. Overall...a great experience!

BEST VRBO experience!

Stayed 2 months. Best VRBO experience. Good rental rate for the area. Great customer service. Quality everything from Kleenex in every room to toilet paper. Large unit. Well-stocked kitchen. Large flat screen TV's. Owner very receptive. Neighborhood quiet and area is beautiful. Only drawback is the carport to all the condos are a little tight to park an SUV but plenty of outside parking. Would come back and rent in a heartbeat.
