Step off of the lift and into expansive harbour views with our open-plan living area, seamlessly extending to one of four private balconies. One of which is accessed by a door adjacent to the entry door and is equipped with a BBQ and outdoor setting, for alfresco dining.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art cooking facilities, an air fryer, dishwasher, microwave, family-sized fridge/freezer. The dining room opens onto a balcony and features a 10-seater table, perfect for group meals and creating lasting memories. A convenient and private internal laundry with washing and drying facilities is at your disposal.

The Penthouse boasts five generously sized bedrooms. The master suite includes an ensuite, TV, and a private balcony. Bedrooms three and four also feature balcony access, allowing the refreshing sea breeze to flow through the penthouse, should you choose not to use the ducted air conditioning. The main bathroom is a sanctuary of relaxation, featuring a soothing spa bath, toiletries, shower, vanity, and toilet.
Secure parking is available with three dedicated car spaces in the undercover garage.

BOND - $1000 is payable with the balance of your accommodation and is refunded 3-5 days from your departure date.

SECURITY CAMERAS - For security purposes, this property is fitted with a ring door bell.

All booking guests, including Airbnb reservations, are required to complete a secure online guest agreement within 24 hours of booking. This includes providing valid photo identification (driver’s licence) and credit card verification

NO NOISE - The property is in a quiet residential area which is noise sensitive. Any noise that causes neighbours to complain may result in the loss of your bond. ***This property is located in a quiet residential building which is noise sensitive. Any noise after 10pm that neighbours complain about will result in the loss of your bond. Do not book if you feel that your guests may breach this term and condition.****

NO VISITORS - We have a strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property. A fee of $500 per head will be charged if additional people are found at the property that are over and above the number of beds at the property or guests not registered.
