Modern and fully functional. A perfect location to the city center of Christchurch. Walking distance. Uber access for farther events. It was extremely hot while we were there which is unusual. air-conditioning/ heating units on first and second floor. Third floor did not have AC/heat unit. Requested a floor fan and was delivered within an hour. Made sleeping in third floor tolerable

El apartamento es muy espacioso, muy bien situado y la comunicación muy fluida. El único “pero” que parece ser común en la mayoría de apartamentos en Nueva Zelanda es que no había aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y hacía mucho calor en la habitación del segundo piso
