The property was perfect for us! Very clean, simple (not cluttered) and had all we needed. The kids loved it and the outside area and river were easy to access and well kept. The community itself was wonderful as well, we’ll definitely keep this in mind when we visit again!

Cozy and convenient place to stay in town. Best hot refreshing shower, beds were comfortable and beautiful river access. We will definitely come back.

This house is beautiful inside and out. Very private, we hardly even knew the neighbors were there. The beds and pullout couch were very comfortable. We watched about a half dozen deer in the back yard and even had a coyote cross the front yard about 10:30 one night. The river is beautiful, about a foot deep when we were there. I thought the complimentary pet kennel inside the unit was a nice touch. The place is very pet friendly. The host is very accommodating and eager to please. Next time we come to Medina, we want to stay here.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! I booked the house for me and my grandson headed to the Hill Country for an opening day dove trip. This location was perfect. We had tons of places to go in Kerrville, Bandera, Boerne and Fredericksburg, but without all of the commotion. This place was so quiet and serine. Sitting on the back poach in the mornings and evenings watching all of the deer, axis and blackbuck in the field behind the house and even in the backyard!The small town of Medina had a great coffee shop, and 2 restaurants, but as we explored the surrounding areas of Utopia and Concan, we found a lot of small cafe's. There was some excitement in town, as a lot of fancy sport cars started their trek on the "Three Twisted Sisters", so it was nice sitting back and watching them run the roads.The house was so comfortable. The furnishings were high quality and not your regular VRBO style house filled with furniture that might look nice, but cheap and uncomfortable. This place had great linens and beds, so after a long day in the field, it was nice to get home and get comfortable.The house had great internet, and fun games that we took part in when the rain came, but the real attraction was down at the river. While the rest of the rivers were low, this house had about 200 feet of running, crystal clear, and refreshing water of the Medina river. This place had it all.I will be back in the fall when all the wildlife is out a bunch more for sure!
