The only wood in this meticulously designed home is found in the custom cabinets and interior doors, adding a touch of natural warmth to the sleek, modern design.

Sliding glass doors in every room seamlessly merge the indoors with the stunning desert surroundings, creating an expansive and airy atmosphere. Each of the two identical bedrooms features a plush California king bed and opens to a private patio, while the spacious front deck, accessible from both the living room and kitchen, offers a perfect spot for outdoor relaxation.

Furnishings are elegant, sleek, and modern, ensuring a comfortable and stylish stay. The fully equipped kitchen boasts high-end appliances, ideal for gourmet cooking and entertaining. Stay connected with wireless Wi-Fi throughout the house and enjoy satellite TV service in the living room. For your convenience, an apartment-size stacked washer-dryer is available for quick clean-ups.

Rock Reach House is an all-electric home with a large array of photovoltaic panels on the carport roof, generating nearly as much electricity as it consumes. The connection to the grid ensures a constant power supply, making your stay both eco-friendly and reliable.

Relax and unwind in the Jacuzzi-brand hot tub, nestled in a private cove of rocks with panoramic views of the open desert. During the warmer months, take a refreshing dip in the built-in pool or cowboy tub. An outdoor shower on the spacious private deck, accessible from the indoor shower, completes the luxurious outdoor experience.

The home is equipped with a state-of-the-art heating and air conditioning system, complemented by ceiling fans in each bedroom for added comfort.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

- CHECK-IN PROCESS - Checking in at your FIELDTRIP home is now easier than ever. FIELDTRIP's guidebook contains everything you need to know. From reservation details, property information, check-in instructions, local recommendations and add-on services to enhance your stay, you'll find it all here.

- PARKING - The number of approved spaces for your rental can be found on the information posted inside the unit and the guidebook sent prior to check-in. Renters and their daytime guests should park in the garage or driveway. There is NO on-street parking available. To avoid ticketing or towing, please ensure all cars are not extending into or blocking the sidewalk.

- PETS - Pets are permitted with the receipt of a pet fee. The fee is $150 per pet, up to 3 pets. Please inquire about Service Animals and next steps to waive the fees.

- POOL HEATING - The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $250 per night. For best results, pool heat requests should be made 48 hours in advance. This is a non-refundable fee, should the pool not reach full temperature due to adverse weather conditions, user error, or improper use.

- EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT - Stay a little longer and add up to 2 hours before or after your arrival for $75/hour. Half days (11am arrival or 4pm departure) are also available for 50% of the nightly rate for the night needing to be blocked to accommodate.

- DELIVERIES - We are unable to accept packages at the homes. Please plan accordingly and utilize holding packages at the local post office or nearby Amazon Lockers.

- EVENTS / RETREATS - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Small events within our permitting requirements are considered. Please note that all events require formal, written approval from the County of San Bernardino. Additionally, an event fee starting at $1,000 will apply, with the final cost determined by the specific scope and coverage of the occasion.

- PHOTO/VIDEO & COMMERCIAL USE - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Guests are welcome and encouraged to take photos for personal use (and feel free to tag us @stayfieldtrip). Drones are not permitted due to county restrictions. While we welcome professional media projects, all commercial, professional, promotional, or revenue-generating photography and videography are subject to production fees. Additionally, any filming on the property is permitted only upon receiving formal approval from the County of San Bernardino. For these activities, we require payment in advance along with a signed production agreement, production insurance, and a location release. IF THERE IS ANY DOUBT IF YOUR SHOOT IS COMMERCIAL, PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST. Any guests found to be doing a commercial shoot will have their reservation canceled. Any commercial shoots discovered during or after a stay will be responsible for the production fee.

Situated in an exclusive community conveniently central to Yucca, Pioneertown, and Joshua Tree. Nearby attractions include Joshua Tree National Park, Pioneertown, Pappy & Harriets. 15 minutes to downtown Joshua Tree, 20 minutes to the Joshua Tree National Park Entrance. 15 minutes to Pioneertown, 10 minutes to downtown Yucca Valley. 40 minutes to Palm Springs.
