Family vacation

The unit was very beautiful and clean. Location was a little ways from Rehoboth Beach. Get an early start to allow for back up due to beach traffic.

The place was clean and the rooms matched the photos of them. We liked that the walk to the pool was very close and we were near by to grocery stores and places to eat and the beaches. I did have to call a couple of times to get the information for check in. There is a lock box for the keys so we could go right there. The two things that were frustrating was that the beds were not made even though it said they would be with the linen package, and there was one half roll and one almost finished roll of toilet paper in the whole place. There was also no paper towels, not all the bathrooms had hand soap, and the cooking/serving set up is very basic. There is one mid size pot and one serving bowl. The master bedroom bed is on the wrong size box spring so if you sit on the end of the bed you will fall. Otherwise the place was clean and the facilities were nice.

Relaxing Place

It was an overall very nice place. It was very clean and spacious. The location was very relaxing and family friendly. There were 2 negatives. The communication between emails and text messages for arrival were not accurate. Emails stated to go to the Long and Foster place to get keys. We then received a text message that we can go straight to the property and use a code to get the key out. We got there and used the code and it unlocked the box but there was no key. We had to wait about half hour for someone to bring the keys. Also we selected the linen package and it stated that the sheets would be placed on the beds and we had to make the beds. Besides those 2 things this place was wonderful, and would still stay here again. One good idea would be to bring bigger skillets for a family and maybe a casserole dish cause the kitchen was lacking with those items, if you are cooking some meals at the condo.
