Seeking an independent stay in Langford? Look no further! This space offers its own private entrance with self check-in. Enter into a room with our comfortable queen-size Murphy wall bed featuring a luxurious memory foam mattress. We have two twin beds in the adjacent room. Unwind and catch up on your favourite shows with the included TV featuring Netflix.

Bathroom is off the room you enter. The bathroom features both a relaxing tub and a refreshing shower combo, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

You will appreciate the reserved parking spot in the driveway. See pictures on where to park.

Convenient for public transportation users as well, allowing you to explore Langford and beyond with ease. Bus stop is a minute walk awa

Kitchenette has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle and a sink to wash dishes. Utensils, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, knife, cutting board, serving spoons, assortment of tools like can opener are provided.
No pots, pans as there is no cook-top.
No smoking, vaping or drugs. No parties are allowed in or near the property as this is a family friendly neighborhood.
* No shoes inside. Please leave your footwear outside your entrance. A shoe rack is provided in your room.
* There is a desk and a chair inside. Additional two chairs are available in the closet.
* Enjoy the outdoor patio table with four chairs.
* Exercise equipment is located in the patio.
* This is not a suite. No living room or commom area. No laundry facilities.
* A starter supply of coffee and toiletries for your first couple of nights is provided.
* A busy road is outside with vehicle traffic.
* We live upstairs. Our tenant's family with their sweet little one lives downstairs. You will wall share with both our families.

Wet towels, washcloths can be hanged or spread out to dry. Sheets can remain on the beds. Leave unused towels in the drawers. Leave unused beds as-is. Wash used dishes, put them in the drying rack.
Collect all garbage, tie them up. Place in large black bin. Collect all recyclables. Place in blue bins. Both bins located at side of house.
Turn off: Heater, Lights, Fans Unplug Coffee maker, Toaster, Microwave, TV To lock the door on your way out, enter pin and press enter. Please message me to inform you have checked out. Thank you!

This is a family friendly neighbourhood. Please respect the privacy of the neighbours and friendly attitude to other residents in the house.

Check in was fast and simple. All we needed for our stay was on hand. Close to shopping and restaurants. Good size parking spot even for our F250 crewcab with the 8foot box!Wifi access was great and it was so peaceful in our suite.

Our host was excellent, helpful and prompt. The place was spotless and very well appointed. Only complaint was the location, proximity to a busy road meant quite a bit of noise. I suggest earplugs, my son had some and the noise didn’t bother him.

Clean and simple

The room was clean with a good shower and bathroom. Communication with the owner was timely and informative. The door was secure and the neighborhood had a few walking paths. A few suggestions for improvement: it’s time for new bedsheets and towels. A coffee maker and/or kettle would allow guests to enjoy that morning cup while sitting at the picnic table. Also, a toaster oven or hot plate would bring the room closer to saying it has a kitchen . Overall, I was pleased with my stay.
