Enjoy our lake house retreat with your family and fur babies. Just a 15 minute drive to the Shelburne downtown waterfront. Grocery store, restaurants, museums, book store, weekly Sunday artisan market, 30 minutes to sandy beaches and lighthouses with beautiful ocean views. Brewery and winery. 18 hole golf course and yacht club. Events and town festivals. Seasonal U-pick fruit farms. 17 minutes away to the Black Loyalist Heritage Society. Pottery Barn. Gift shops and boutiques. Provincial park with paved walking trails. Fine dining.

Main floor access and games room in walking out basement available for use. Utility room and owner storage in unfinished basement area is off limits.
No smoking, vaping or using Cannabis indoors. No candles No parties/events. This home is on a septic tank. Only water, toilet paper and bodily waste.
Do not place anything in the drains or toilets other than water, toilet paper and bodily waste! This will clog the septic and result in a service call

Beautiful, clean, spacious and calm

Everything about this property was exceptional. We had a lovely stay for two adults and two children between four and seven years old. Caught fish off of the dock and saw turtles and and toads. It was a little out of the way and that is exactly the reason we booked it and loved it. It was the perfect spot for us and felt like a world away. Just remember to bring your bug spray.
