A Nice Home in Reading

A nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Our family met for "Christmas in October" and it was great. We found a well-stocked kitchen, clean bedrooms and nice patio and spacious living room. We had a great time and would recommend it.

Great Place For NHRA Race Fans

This was a FANTASTIC place to stay for 4 nights during the NHRA Pep Boys Nationals at Maple Grove Raceway Park!! Super-Clean, lots of room, great location, close to restaurants, stores, and less than 10 miles from the track!! We'll definitely stay again.

This house worked well for us as a large extended family gathering place for Christmas. The heated back porch makes all the difference as it provides an area for kids (or adults) to play. We used the fusball table, cornhole set, and movie room downstairs. The location is central to everything we did in Berks County and even Lancaster County. The owners are kind and very responsive. That all being said, the house could use updating and repair. The owners say they plan to remodel in 2026.

This house was comfortable, well-furnished and accommodated two pets, a very active toddler and one guest in a wheelchair. Covered all the bases, and the sunroom even had a fussball table.

My family is kind of large . This house was great for all of us to have our own space but still felt like we were together all weekend. Nice quite neighborhood that is close to things and easy to get around. Easy check in and out. Host was great. Will definitely stay again

Nice spot

Local to a lot of needs. Came in town to catch a hockey game and check out the area for the weekend. Would visit again and stay here based on location and neighborhood. A lot of people out walking dogs and just walking in general which was a good sign showing the neighborhood was safe. Plenty of room for a larger family with the movie theater in basement as well.

Farewell to PA

We had a family gathering for a memorial service. 10 adults and newborn twins gathered comfortably. The house was very clean and comfortable with extra amenities around like snacks, water, toiletries and fully stocked kitchen. Thank you for a perfect house and location!

Sinking Springs

The house was older in style, including wall covering and main bathroom. However, it was spacious enough for a large family. The movie room was super popular with my kids. The neighborhood is nice and feels safe. The house is located in a very nice community. The hosts checked in via text to make sure everything was as it should be, and promptly followed up with any questions. If I ever make my was to Pennsylvania again, I would absolutely stay here again.

Very spacious home!

Everything was very clean and roomy. The air freshener scent was a bit strong but was remediated by opening windows. There were six of us and we never had issues with space or enough hot water. The only issues were a lack of tissues, no bake wear in the kitchen, and ants in the basement bedroom and bathroom.Overall, definitely recommend.

Movie room is nice. Main bathroom was also ok. However, pictures are a bit deceiving. House needs a lot of updating, strong smell when entering the house (could be due to rug which is old), ceiling in living room seemed to have a crack coming from roof issues. Towels didn't smell very good. Unpleasant situation occurred when owner accused us through text of smoking. We are not smokers at all. We were dealing with smells and got allergies and the irony of them not even asking, but accusing us was a bit too much.

Sinking Spring Home

What a wonderful home. Great communication before and during our stay. We got the door code well before showing up. They checked to make sure everything was what we were expecting. Texted us to make sure everything was ok during our stay. The house was very clean. We really enjoy the retro feel to the house. The location is great, it was easy to get around town. Nice touches with snack, flowers and basket with things a traveler might forget. When visiting the area again we will definitely try to stay here again.
